The hospitality of Nori-san, Chie, and their family made our stay so enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and shared wonderful details about their beautiful, nutritious, farm-to-table meals. We even got to tour their farm, learn about rice planting, and spot a precious firefly. The house is bright and clean, overlooking rice paddies, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also centrally located in Akita, making it easy to visit spots like Lake Tazawa, Dakigaeri Valley, and Kakunodatemachi Samurai district.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, wenn man sich selbst verpflegen möchte. Das frisch zubereitete Essen mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten schmeckt hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und behandeln einen nicht wie Hotelgäste, sondern wie Freunde. Ich werde in jedem Fall dort wieder einen längeren Aufenthalt planen.

Die Gastgeber servieren die Speisen selbst und erklären dabei die Zutaten. Man fühlt sich wie ein Familienmitglied, weil die Gastgeber so herzlich und hilfsbereit sind.
