Beautiful hotel surrounded with greenery. I love everything about this hotel. So cozy, but has everything. The best part is the hospitality. Everyone is so nice and will help you with everything you need. Great breakfast as well. We definitely will be back.

The property is big and beautiful. Lots of nature around. The staff was so kind and helpful. The spa had great service for a great price. Even after I checked out but had to wait before departing, I was able to use some of the services to make my wait more comfortable! Great hospitality!

Unexpected delight

Beautiful place has everything you need and more The Staff as usual in Bali are super super fantastic. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Loads of restaurants, cafes and Spa’s nearby.It is a night club area but you never hear it.

I don't usually do reviews but this stay deserves one! I have been to Bali a few times but have never experienced the genuine kindness I received from the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and genuinely want you to have an amazing time, also remembering what you tell them and follow up on your time/ experience there. Great place to stay

I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are huge and it’s an amazing location with the villas surrounded by greenery. The only bad thing I would say was the included breakfast was very poor with next to no choices compared to other locations in the area in that price point. You can get better options but at an additional cost which was disappointing because I thought it was all inclusive but other than that it was great

A lovely stay in Seminyak

The hotel was really lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and willing to do anything to help. We really enjoyed our stay :) Our aircon in the room was broken and kept dripping/was quite noisy, but other than that, everything was perfect!

Great Staff!

The place has exceptional staff. Very kind, helpful and friendly. The only negative comment i can make is; room has small accesses (both from bathroom ceiling and main door) for little friends in nature :) This was a little disturbing from time to time.

Overall a really pleasant stay. The staff are incredible, so friendly and welcoming. Suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade room air conditioning (not powerful enough), and keep the pools open later than 730pm. Oh and have different options of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) like other 4 star resorts.

Little haven

Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly and kind. The room was lovely but looking tired. Great have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Would definitely come back here as enjoyed it so much.
