Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.

Honeymoon Suite stay

Great Staff!

The place has exceptional staff. Very kind, helpful and friendly. The only negative comment i can make is; room has small accesses (both from bathroom ceiling and main door) for little friends in nature :) This was a little disturbing from time to time.

We stayed at suit rooms, it was so clean cozy perfect design, delicious breakfast, staff are so kind. The hotel has really good location easy access to many restaurants and also famous beach club potato head. Loved it.

Overall a really pleasant stay. The staff are incredible, so friendly and welcoming. Suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade room air conditioning (not powerful enough), and keep the pools open later than 730pm. Oh and have different options of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) like other 4 star resorts.
