Location is great and easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left outside the door for an entire day. For a 5-star hotel and rate, that was surprising and disappointing.

I found this place years ago and had it on my bucket list. It was a very beautiful resort with a very friendly staff. They upgraded my room, which was beautiful. every morning they have a free breakfast, which is a wide variety of food very fresh and of course mineral water and plenty of it in your room. I highly recommend this place. I will be back at some point. It was very relaxing.

We were enjoying out stay at Seminyak Resort. Aussie the host was great even before we arrived, she made sure we get all we need transport from airport etc. Resort is very clean, breakfast fresh and a lot of choices. There is dinner as well! The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean front private pool villa and it was a bit dated with badly stained couches and furniture. Breakfast was the best meal the hotel had to offer with meals and snacks at the pool and other onsite restaurants just ok and over priced for the value. The drinks were watered down and limited. They were unable to make my husband’s old fashioned for the entirety of our stay. Most of the staff is friendly, caring and accommodating but there were several incidents where we were totally ignored by the pool staff. I had to flag someone down to ask about drinks that were ordered over an hour prior to be told the ticket was lost. Come to find out the bartender didn’t have the proper ingredients and no one bothered to tell us. Overall I feel that the staff went above and beyond to decorate and prepare the villa for my birthday as prearranged and prepaid. Staff members Diane, Epi and Nika were exceptional for the care they showed.

Firstly the location of this hotel and grounds were stunning and easily make up for any shortfalls. The hotel has started to show signs of its age, but still kept to a very high standard. A couple of small details prevent me from giving the 5 star review it should have earned - A cigarette burn in my bedding, the shuttle driver didn’t collect us from town, despite us waiting where he said and the Jacuzzi only had cold water. All of these are very minor details and were rectified by customer relations allowing us to keep our room a little longer for a late flight - which was greatly appreciated. Please don’t let my comments put you off visiting the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa, the location and grounds and the staff are something else 😊

This hotel is wonderful, it's no wonder it has such high ratings on all the websites. Top 10 in Bali! Beautiful, clean and well-maintained, an unforgettable swimming pool, and extremely polite and courteous staff. My special thanks to Rista at the reception for all the care and help with planning the tours, and to Nika in the restaurant for the delicious breakfasts and especially the to-go breakfast on the day we left very early. Thank you to the reservations department for the upgrade - the room is incredible!
