A lovely tranquil oasis in the centre of Seminyak. This boutique hotel is set in a beautiful garden and is spotless. Rooms were very clean comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast had a good choice of dishes, delicious. Staff very friendly and courteous. A lovely small pool without chlorine, good for a cooling dip. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The rooms were nice except for the lack of hot water. Almost cold showers. Bathroom door made a lot noise when you opened and closed waking the other person. The breakfast was average and eggs tasted like vinegar. It was close to everything we needed to get too. Staff was friendly.

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Try the pancakes! The only downside for us was that it was a little bit far from the animation part of Seminyak. We are good walkers, but walking 20-25 minutes morning and afternoon to "downtown" or the beach was a bit too much. Everything else was excellent. We would recommend if you don't mind taking a transportation. Thank you!

An average place. Staffs are nice and friendly. The facility definitely needs a facelift. Needs detail cleaning and wash room renovation. It is what it is. Don’t expect much. I’m not sure if it’s in the facility’s DNA to address these shortcomings. On the positive side it is quiet. Close to the major traffic artery. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Good location, close restaurants and nightlife/tourist areas. Overall the place could use some upkeep. Cleaning is ok but don't be surprised with ants in the room.

I loved my stay here. The staff was very nice. I took a shuttle in from the hotel for 250K. I enjoyed the simple morning breakfast and unlimited coffee. My only issue was other guests who came back drunk at 2 am and sat for over an hour yelling in the restaurant and around the pool (both closed at that hour). There was no 24 hour security to ask them to stop. If you’re okay with that possibility, this is a wonderful place.

잠깐 들르려고 했지만 완벽했던 숙소

다음날 우붓으로 갈 예정이었어서 중간쯤인 스미냑에 하루 묵기위해 골랐던 숙소였습니다만, 다녀와서 생각해보니 최고의 숙소였던거 같습니다. 물론 지역별 숙소마다 다른 매력이 있지만, 숙소의 편안함과 여유로운 분위기, 친절한 응대, 그리고 합리적인 가격 다 고려했을 때 정말 좋았던 기억으로 남습니다. 다음에는 스미냑 지역에 더 머물고 싶을 정도로요.

Kubu Cempaka is een fijn hotel . Meestal lekker rustig . Je hoort wel veel lawaai van Sunset road waar in de avond en snachts geraced wordt . Tenminste zo lijkt het . Maar daar kan het hotel ook niets aan doen. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Bovenal is het personeel fantastisch !! Ze zijn alle behulpzaam , vriendelijk . En wat ons opviel altijd bezig om alles netjes te houden . Ik weet helaas niet alle namen maar Wayan en collega’s, jullie zijn geweldig!!!!

Bon hôtel à Seminyak, avec un bon rapport qualité / prix. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. L’hotel se situe dans le centre ville dans une arrière rue, parfait pour être près de la plage (10min à pied) et près de la rue commerçante (3min).

A medium sized older build hotel with a small swimming pool in the middle of the complex. Pros: location, location, location! 50m to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Cons: non discript, old hotel. 3 floors with no lifts which didn't bother us as I ran up the stairs to try and work off some of the holiday indulgence. My pet hate - shower in the bath. Staff were friendly, but we didn't spend much time in the hotel or by the pool as there were too many children.
