Stayed here in Jan 2026 with my family and absolutely loved it. Bedrooms are huge with wardrobes, bath tubs and showers. Linen is clean and comfortable. Pool view from each bedroom. Villa area is nice and quiet at all times with guest entry only. Walking distance to Seminyak eat street, plaza and shops. The staff went above and beyond for us at all times and the villa had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and so was the overall villa facilities. We had breakfast prepared for us everyday at a time that suited us as well as daily cleaning by the staff. Will definitely return here again.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very courteous, they responded promptly to any questions or inquiries. The Villas looked amazing in pictures but had a-lot of issues. The doors jammed frequently and didn’t lock. The TV didn’t have any channels that worked properly, the beds, sofa, kitchen and bathrooms were dirty and perhaps needs better cleaning methods.

Superb service and experience

Overall stay is excellent. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They usually work in a small group of 2 to 3 people and so efficiency is superb. Only thing is the villa really need some good maintenance especially all the sliding doors. It was very strenous for us to open each door every time. And, must must get their breakfast, is really sumptuous and every morning we enjoyed the various variety of breakfast choices. Stayed with a 14mth baby and they accomodated to our request with a high chair and baby cot and even gifted my baby 2 bottles of Aqua water for him. Is really heartwarming and we couldnt bear to leave. Will definitely come back again the next time we visit Bali. THANK YOU

Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait a little longer to get warm. But honestly, it’s hot in Bali and a cold shower is very much welcome. The door of one shower didn’t close properly. But again, you have a whole room with bathroom for yourself so who needs a door? At the end of the day, if you look past these small details of an older villa, we stayed at a wonderful villa at a great location. Far from the busy Main Street, excellent staff, great breakfast, nearby the beach. And the pool: the best thing when you’re there with the kids. They had an excellent time jumping in any time of the day. It was just a pleasure to stay at this villa.

Not normally one to review a place badly but we don't want anyone else to go through a ruined holiday experience as we did. Place was severely run down despite charging a decent amount of money. We were booked for a week but didn't even stay 1 night but we were luckily refunded our money minus 1 night (after several attempts on the phone/email with c151 and expedia) Don't think we are the first by the sounds of it. Couldn't find a reception for check in or call anyone either Couldn't see how anyone could give this place a good review at all The villa photos look great on all of the sites but must have been from a fair while ago Nothing smart about these villas at all , steer clear altogether unless the place gets a full renovation Take this place off your site expedia

Very bad experience

Old, dirty villas that definitely do not reflect what is described on the web. The bed sheets and towels were dirty with stains that I don't want to know where they came from. I had asked to be refunded in order to leave the facility after the first night but there was no way I could get assistance. After waiting for hours for a response from management, since it was "Sunday", the response was that I would not be refunded. Therefore, I was forced to accept another villa that was not so different.

Location of Villas convenient for beach access and less than 5 min walk to heart of seminyak, Overall property is in need off some minor repairs but overall a fair standard ,the 3 bed villa we stayed had plenty of space. The staff were pleasant and helpful when we required assistance or had a query. Certainly reccomend staying value for money
