In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Bei Buchung baten wir um ein Nichtraucherzimmer mit Kingbett. Wir erhielten ein Raucherzimmer mit einem Badezimmer voller Renovierungsstaus. Wir reklamierten und bekamen ein Zimmer in der Nichtraucheretage mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, die Farbe blätterte überall ab, die Gardinen hatten schon lange keine Wäsche mehr gehabt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Bedienung bemüht. Lobend zu erwähnen ist der kostenfreie Flughafenshuttle.

Mooi hotel, super vriendelijk personeel.

De boeking via de website was niet goed doorgekomen. Daardoor moesten we langer wachten bij het inchecken dan gebruikelijk. We kregen een coupon om te een drankje te bestellen en vervolgens kregen we een kamerupgrade naar een riante kamer. Afhandeling door het personeel was uitmuntend!

Receptionist refused my reservation

Bad experience, receptionist REFUSED my reservation, and asked me to call cs of hotel.com. It was bad because I was disapointed by that, I hv showed my reservation that confrmed OK, but reseptionist keep saying my booking not yet in his list reservation, even finally but was there.. The way he refused me after came in hotel i booked , gave me a bad taste in my mouth, I will never come back there. NEVER.

saya merasa puas dengan pelayanan hotel...,petugas melayani dengan baik dari belboy, front office,bahkan saya bs mendapatkan breakfast jam 5 pagi krn saya hrs chek out pulang pagi hari naik KA jam 6 pagi. Saya jg mendapatkan layanan antar ke stasiun tawang gratis. Kamar bagus dan cukup luas wifi bagus dengan harga terjangkau padahal pas hari peak lebaran .
