Staff at front desk were cold unhelpful and donโ€™t care at all. The rooms were the filthiest Iโ€™ve ever seen and I stayed in hotels in over 58 countries. Shower smelled badly. Carpet and elevator floor were filthy. There was nothing good about this hotel. Stay somewhere else, please. Very disappointing experience.

1-The elevator doesnโ€™t work properly, very frustrating. 2-Small rooms like un Tokyo, you have so many other better choices in the town for the same or lower price. 3- Smelly corridors and rooms Nice view, nice staff at reception, donโ€™t worth to stay there.

Pleasant Stay :)

First time visit to Semarang. Hotel is nicely located in the center of town, only about 15-20 mins by car from Airport. Facilities look new, upbeat and polished. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly, although English skills for restaurant staffs need to improve. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of dishes and choices. Overall itโ€™s a nice and pleasant stay. Will likely return.

Comfortable hotel

This is a nice, comfortable hotel where the facilities esp hot water is surprisingly well maintained compared to other hotels i have stayed with. Beds are large. Location is good and convenient facilities nearby. But bedsheets, pillows and blankets need to be aired and washed regularly. Strong body smell and musty odour Windows could be cleaned regularly as they are quite dirty. Restaurant food could be improved - pasta is very good but the rest of locals like Fried Rice is salty, and Oxtail Soup quite strong smell and spices are light.

Great hotel in the heart of the city

At city center, near everywhere. Great rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Great sunset watching from the pool . Huge bed Souvenir places across the street. Perfect place to stay in Semarang Will definitely come back there
