We really liked the finca, the beautiful surroundings, and its potential. Unfortunately, our arrival and breakfast experience were disappointing. We arrived on Friday around 8:30 p.m. and found the gate closed with no bell, note, or instructions. I called the number provided by Expedia, but the person who answered had nothing to do with the hotel. After several calls to other numbers, someone finally gave us the gate code. When we reached reception, nobody was there. We waited, contacted someone by WhatsApp, and were told the maintenance person should be around, but we could not find anyone. Eventually, we were simply told which room was ours and that we could let ourselves in. We completely understand that there may not be staff available for late check-in, but guests should receive clear instructions beforehand. This is especially important for international travelers who may not have phone reception. We were lucky our phones worked; otherwise, we could have ended up sleeping in the car. This is not a good way to start a vacation. The lady we spoke to the following day was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also quite poorly organized and limited, and we felt it could have been presented and managed much better. This place could be magnificent, but the owner needs to be more involved in the guest experience. Better communication before arrival and better organization of breakfast would make a huge difference.

Wunderschöne Finca abgelegen am Bergfuß - der Weg dorthin abenteuerlich, weil die Straße sehr schmal ist und man hin und wieder rückwärts in eine kleine Ausweich-Bucht fahren muss um den Gegenverkehr passieren zu passen. Dafür auf der Finca himmlische Ruhe, weil tatsächlich Nichts los ist. In der direkten Nachbarschaft nur Ziegen und Schafe. Wir hatten Nummer 1 - dieses Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig… man hört den ersten Frühstücksgast und den letzten Dinner-Gast. Der Boden ist uneben und das Bett genauso. Haben dann nach Zimmer 2 gewechselt (Danke Margda!) und dort war es fein! Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag hergerichtet (auch wenn es so beschrieben wird), hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstück ok - French-press-Kaffee … muss man mögen 😃 Wunderbare Betreuung ab späten Nachmittag durch Margda, in der Früh eine Dame die sich um das Frühstück und die Zimmer kümmert. Untertags niemand auf der Finca - was wir großartig fanden! In einen Teil des Hofes ist ein Eiskasten für Mitgebrachtes (auch wenn man das nicht gerne sieht!) und Kaffee/Tee/Croissant für den kleinen Gusto. Falls Ihr hinfahrt - genießt es! … und streichelt Felix von uns, ein Herzensbrecher… 🐈.

Es ist eine etwas andere Unterkunft. Sehr ländlich entsprechend der Art des Hotels. Die Zufahrt zur Finca ist abenteuerlich aber machbar. Unbedingt im Navi 'Binibona' eingeben, ansonsten landet man im Nirgendwo. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Küche ist nicht üppig, aber gut und reichlich.

Nous avons passé 3 jours avec mes copines dans ce lieu juste incroyable. Encore plus beau que sur les photos, le personnel était également adorable. Het was een mooie rustige plek op een oude boerderij,een mooi zwembad waar je van ‘s morgens tot s avonds zonder drukte kon vertoeven.De kamers waren ook dik ok en een mooi uitzicht.De minpuntjes was de lange weg door smalle straatjes naar de boerderij en de service liet een beetje te wensen over,bv toiletpapier en nieuwe handdoeken pas op het laatste van de week.Het ontbijt was geen enkele groenten en heel klein stukjes fruit en weinig pistolets,was heeel basic.

Eine wunderschöne Finca, top gepflegt mit einem tollen Pool. Zimmer super sauber und schön. Schräg wirds beim Check-in . Man stolpert des nachts über Stock und Stein, um sein Zimmer( ein Traum)zu suchen. Die Rezeption war in 5 Tagen NIE besetzt . Das Restaurant war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Frühstück ist gemacht für die Minimalisten unter uns -der Kaffee nur ungleich wärmer als die kalten Eier. Wir hatten den Pool für uns alleine , was mega toll war, jedoch sollte man satt sein, wenn man abends zurück kehrt, denn ausser einer wunderschönen Finca gibt es absolut NICHTS. Auch keine Getränke oder gar irgendwelches Personal . Die wenigen , anwesenden Gäste waren ähnlich verwirrt wie wir. Trotzdem war es ein tolles Erlebnis.
