We were so comfortable in our room. It was very spacious, nice to have the heated floors in the bathroom. The balcony looking at the mountains was a major bonus. The area is quiet and within walking distance of the town which is very accessible - slightly steeper uphill walk from town. More than enough space for parking. The breakfast was incredible so many options and delicious. They even give you free bus tickets. Very wholesome family run hotel and would stay again!

Wonderful Hotel, really a resort. We had a very large room with a great balcony. Our first time to this beautiful region of Italy. I would love to return for a ski holiday.

Fantastic family run hotel

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The setting is amazing with stunning views all round. The staff were very friendly. The room was a decent size and had 2 balconies to admire the views from. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice We used the bike storage which was excellent and the spa - small but nice for relaxing and herbal teas provided

Everything about our stay at Vel Bert was wonderful. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the view from our balcony was amazing, great breakfast. We also appreciated the free bus passes which we used everyday to travel to Ortisei. They also made reservations for us every night and had hiking poles and umbrellas available for our use.

We enjoyed our stay and the view from our room. And listening to the bells as the cows passed by in the distance. And the staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good 😋 and we loved the spa and the free parking was convenient. I ate deer for the first time at the restaurant across the street and it was delicious Wonderful experience….
