This was our favorite hotel during our time in Iceland. It was beautiful, with heated floors, comfortable spacious rooms and access to a hot tub while we watched the Northern Lights. The beds are sooo comfortable and cozy too. We will definitely come back here again when we visit the land of Fire and Ice!

One of the highlights of our stay was the private jacuzzi, which was beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing experience after a day of exploring Iceland’s incredible nature. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We had the most wonderful stay at hotel Grimsborgir! The rooms were spotless and very roomy. The hot-tub was also a great addition and lovely to be able to use it in the evening after a busy day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and the food (both the included breakfast and paid dinner) was amazing with lots of options. The location was excellent in a nice quiet part of Selfoss. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights from our room!!
