grand "PETIT" Hotel Hohwald a déconseiller

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel ! Les photos du site ne corresponde pas à la réalité et aucune prestation petit-déjeuner et repas ! Il faut se rendre à l extérieur de l hotel pour le petit-déjeuner et repas env 100m dans différents établissements du coin et pour dire que certain nous ont dit que cet hôtel était pas top ! Cet hôtel est sale et insalubre tombe à l abondon ! Réception pas très accueillant Bar fermé salle a mangé en fouillis sac poubelle qui traine etc...cet hotel est très mal entretenu ! Notre séjour devait durer 2 jours nous en avons fait qu un ! A notre arrivé il me font payer une deuxième fois alors que j avais déjà réglé la totalité en ligne ! Des pieds et des mains pour qu il me rembourse malgré mon mail comme preuve de mon règlement ! Personnel incompétent y a t il un directeur dans cet hôtel ? Beaucoup d avis son très négatif de cet hôtel ! Il ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel ! Sinon la région est belle ! Je remercie vous Hotel.com d avoir fait le nécessaire avec moi pour mon remboursement de ma deuxième nuitée dans cet hôtel insalubre ! Eliane

Sur les photos jacuzzi au milieu de la piscine on arrive le jacuzzi est refermé il n existe plus seul des fleurs pour décorer. Hôtel un peu vieillot mais qui garde son charme car le personnel s'emploie a l'entretenir. Les + : literie très confortable, chambres assez spacieuse, grand parking, clim/chauffage qui fonctionne bien, wifi très stable. Les - : petit-déjeuner qui ne vaut pas le prix, qq problèmes de chauffage dans la piscine et de connexion TV Merci au personnel pour son investissement

Très agréable séjour

Accueil sympathique, chambre spacieuse et très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. En prime, une belle promenade sous la neige dans les environs, grâce à la carte des circuits locaux fournie par l'hôtel. Bref, un très bon séjour !

On voit que l’hôtel à vécu. Il est grand temps de faire quelque chose pour attirer le client. Il n'y a pas de resto, les couloirs sont triste et sale, la chambre est dans le même état. La bâtisse en elle même est belle, elle date de 1872, il doit y avoir une histoire incroyable, il serait temps de la faire revivre...

Middelklassehotel i flot gammel bygning, lidt slidt men ok. Morgenmadsbuffet var fin uden at være prangende. Hotellet ligger langt fra alfarvej og er ikke egnet hvis man blot er på gennemrejse, men ligger perfekt for gåture i bjergene.

Hotel sans intérêt sale viellot nous sommes arrivés notre chambre n'était pas faite on nous en as donné une deuxième qui n'était pas propre du tout le réceptionniste bien que gêner ne savait même pas a 17h si le restaurant etaitt ouvert !! hôtel qui est aux antipode des trois étoiles Bref nous 'avons pas déballé la valise et sommes reparti sans même y dormir c'est une honte de proposer un hôtel pareil !!!

Anyone planning a trip to Europa Park and traveling by car must consider this hotel. It is about 50 min ride from Park but great hotel facilities, peaceful surroundings and option of going for jungle walks make it a must try. Highly recommended for families
