Brilliant hotel with fantastic staff. We arrived late as a stop over through France on a family ski trip. We still made a short trip yo Colmar in the evening and then had the best night’s sleep! Would definitely recommend.

Really nice hotel but let down by terrible wifi in the room which we found extremely frustrating! We are on a road trip and getting annoyed with hotel’s advertising air conditioning and then you can’t use it. Fridge not turned on so why have one? Overall a disappointing stay.

What could have been a reasonable stay was ruined by the room temperature being set at a minimum of 21 degrees. Far too hot. The air con would only cool to 21. Could open the window to listen to the lorries on the autoroute. Not expensive, but not cheap. Allowing me to spend a couple of euros on keeping the room cooler would have made all the difference. Silly penny pinching.

Pros: the staff were great. The lobby and common rooms are nicely decorated. Parking was free and easy. Cons: I paid for a king bed but was given a queen bed. I don't think they are honest about the bedding in their rooms. The bed had only a sheet over it, no duvet or other cover. I found a duvet in the closet but it did not have a cover for it. We were two people in the room and were only given one bath towel, no hand towels or floor mat for the shower. All these omissions made us feel very unwelcome. The hotel is new construction and is built as a grey rectangular box off the side of a roundabout. The sign in the roundabout mentions the restaurant but not the hotel, so it is not easy to find. I had plans to stay here again on a return trip but cancelled them. I would not stay again.

La chambre est correct, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas un petit coffre. Restaurant très bon et accessible en soirée étape. Tarif assez élevé en dehors. Borne de recharge rapide sur le parking. Concernant le sauna par contre pas de casier fermer, et interdiction de traverser l’hôtel en peignoir. Piscine hors zone sauna.
