Lovely small hotel

Lovely small hotel. Well exceeded my expectations. Comfortable rooms with all amenities. Nice lounge area and bar at poolside. Great breafast with excellent variety. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. Real value at the price.

We were welcomed by very nice stuff who recommended us good restaurant nearby and transportation we needed. There are some decent cafe around the area, and the hotel is just 5 mins walk to main transportation area in the city. Breakfast is very good too.

It's a boutique hotel that prides in its friendliness and service. It did provide great service. The breakfast is awesome. All the ingredients are made in-house. It is very convenient and in walking distance of many area attractions. The only consideration that people may not like is "it's not a big name chain hotel".

It was so convenient to return to the hotel after a day of sightseeing to relax in the peaceful courtyard. Breakfast was an absolute highlight! We had such a great stay here! From the moment we got there the host was outstanding. He saved us so much time and asked us how many days we planned to be there and created an amazing itinerary for us. There are two separate locations that are right down the street from each other. The neighborhood is so much fun and it's so hard to believe all the history that's around us! Our room is fantastic and very nice. The next morning we had such a great stay and the breakfast just put it over the edge! It was fantastic! We definitely plan to come back and had such a great time.

We felt so well looked after at Hotel Livia - nothing seemed too much trouble. The garden was lovely to relax in after all the sightseeing. We were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

taxi driver took me to Livia Hotel where I had booked a large 'quadruple family room with patio and garden view...an employee took me a few blocks away to the Livia Garden Hotel where I met the owner/manager who tried to put me in a hot tiny second floor room and offered no compensation for the room switch.....it got ugly and I had to get testy about staying in the type of room I had booked....I was taken back to the Livia Hotel and was told that renovations were ongoing...the hotel was not in active use and I would have to walk to the the Garden hotel for breakfast....I stayed in the quadruple room for 2 nights while visiting Selcuk and the Ephesus ruins...never saw another soul...never went to breakfast because I overslept one day and left too early the next...as far as the room goes I would stay here again....and there is also the less than transparent owner/manager- so- maybe not..

Memnun kalmadık. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yok, iç içe ve çok küçük. Yan odanın tüm sesi odada olduğu gibi sizin sesiniz de o odada. Iphone 12nin hoparlöründen yarı seste müzik açtım, 5 dakikaya resepsiyondan uyarı telefonu geldi. Otelden ayrılmak için saat saydığımız gibi zaten fiyatı da yüksek olduğu için keyfimizi kaçırdı. Bunun yanında otel genel olarak temiz ama selçukta ara sokakta son derece sıradan lokasyonda ve kahvaltısı da sıradan.

Presidential suit’te kaldığımız dört gece boyunca sıcak su sıkıntısı harici bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Cana yakın, gizliliğimizi önemseyen bir ekiple beraber Selçuk lokasyonunda kalınabilecek en iyi yer olduğu görüşündeyim. Oldukça konforlu, merkezi bir noktada bulunan bir otel.

Herkese merhaba, Selcukta tatilinizin iyi gecmesini istiyorsaniz Livia Garden otele gidin cok maceraya kalkışmayın derim. Çünkü temizlik 10 üzerinden 10, kahvalti 10 üzerinden 10, ilgi 10 üzerinden 10, başta Otel sahibi Erdem bey ve çalışanlar dahi olmak üzere çok ilgililer. 1 ay önce ki kötü geçen 5 yıldızlı otel deneyiminden sonra Livia Garden otel gerçekten bizim için harika oldu. Bütün övgüleri hak ediyorlar daha anlatılacak o kadar güzel deneyimler var ki otelle ilgili hayran kaldığımı belirtmek istiyorum. Kısacası her ayrıntı çok güzel ve ince düşünülmüş. Her şey için Livia Garden otele, Otel sahibine çalışanlara çok teşekkürler.
