The rooms and bedding are super comfortable and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve had! They prepare it fresh and solely for each room booking, they even asked us how we’d like our coffee/tea and also how we’d like our eggs cooked. Can’t find anywhere else with better hospitality than Livia Garden! I wished that we spent more time here

We had a lovely stay at Livia Gardens Hotel. The service was exceptional and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved using the pool during the heat of the day and really loved the location in the old part of Selcuk.

The hotel is very clean and charming. The staff was amazing, in particular the man at the reception during the day. He helped us organize our visits to the historic places and was always very helpful! Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Selcuk.

Amazing staff and stunning hotel!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and in fact was sad I didn’t have more time to enjoy the pool and just relax! Breakfast was incredible! The property and room were beautiful! And you are very close to many attractions. 10/10!

Lovely hotel, Great location.

We stayed In Livia Garden Hotel for 1 night to visit Ephesus ruins. Although it was only a short stay we had a lovely time. Location was amazing and perfect for us to explore the sites that were nearby.

The staff are AMAZING. We were traveling with our baby and upon arrival the room was all set up, even the crib! After a long day of traveling, this hotel was such a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend, especially if traveling with kids. We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Everything was amazing from the moment we walked through the arch! We stayed 2 nights and wish we had stayed 3-4! Great ambience and we loved everything in the near area that kept our days busy during the day and we could come back and relax in the middle of the day, before going out and doing something in the evening. Exceptional boutique hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. As seasoned long time travellers it is rare to be able to say that not one thing could be faulted on! The pool and covered outside bar were beautiful and the breakfast was extensive and brought to your table, not buffet😍. Absolutely fantastic!

We were there for less than 24 hours as we were only in town to visit Ephesus (at night) as the first stop on our two-week trip through Turkiye but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was ice cold. The shower was a on the small side but the rest of the room was a good size. It has a nice looking outdoor pool which we unfortunately didn’t get to try before we left early in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially at this price point.

The town of Selcuk in general, and the Livia Garden Hotel in particular, have been the nice surprise of our trip. The hotel was expertly integrated into the town environment and both our friends and ourselves we loved the surroundings and the easy walk to the town center. Erdem, the hotel Manager, was simply amazing. Thank you, Erdem, for all your efforts, friendliness and efficiency. When, in the future, we consider another trip to the region, the Livia Garden Hotel, and Selcuk, will definitely be our first choice.

We really enjoyed the warm service and hospitality at Livia Garden. Location was great- close to Ephesus. We were in the area during hot weather and my teenagers really enjoyed the pool. Only drawback was the wi-fi. The connection was poor.

It is a beautiful property. We checked in mid-day on 23-08-22. The young man that greeted us upon arrival and checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He helped us get around Selcuk by marking on a map what to see and how to get around. Our room was clean and lovely with a nice view overlooking the court yard. Our evening meal and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staying at Livia Garden Hotel was a wonderful experience. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.
