Above average. Comfortable room, good AC. Nice breakfast. Sauna stove in the room was not sufficient for the space (or perhaps had a broken heating element), could not get it above 50 C even at max power and very long heating time. Single beds, extremely narrow and uncomfortable as a result for a larger individual.

Wonderful boutique hotel

The historic building is wonderful with a lovely story. The staff is exceptional and the rooms very nice. The only problem for us was the breakfasts. The eggs seem fake, the bacon chopped up and very greasy. There were few options for morning bakery items.

This is a confusing hotel with what looks like an original historic building with a large modern and stylish-looking building at the rear. There are Hotel Alma signs everywhere, including at the railway station nearby, which made it hard to find the entrance. I entered what I thought was the front door of the original building and stood at a desk with a staff member behind who was on the phone and ignored me - eventually another staff member directed me to the "real" hotel reception. My room, a single, did not seem to have the boutique style and characteristics that the photos on the Expedia website suggest, it was quite bland and dated. The curtains did not fit well (not good during midsummer). The coffee selection was a little mean compared to other lower-priced hotels that I stayed at in Finland. The bathroom was also rather old-fashioned. Breakfast was in a huge hall (as shown on the Expedia page) and was generally good, but not exceptional particularly for hot food. My stay was quite expensive, perhaps because it was one of only a couple of rooms left on that night in Seinajoki (I don't know why the town seems so popular!), so I didn't feel that it offered value for money. It's good that they are investing in new buildings but some attention or upgrade to original rooms should also be considered.

Sinänsä ihan hauska vanha rakennus. Aika kulunut huone, ja ohjeistus tiskiltä hitusen erikoista, en tiedä miten turistina voisi tietää missä on Pollarin talo. Yksi ainoa tolppa auton lataukseen, ja hinta sähköllä siinä aivan järkyttävä. Hintaa majoituksella kuitenkin oli, niin toivoin aamiaisen pelastavan. Eihän se kuitenkaan kummoinen ollut, keskimääräistä heikompiaä pakastesettien tarjoilu.

Hiljainen ja puhdas huone. Respan ja ravintolan työntekijät mukavia. Pientä purtavaa aulassa lisämaksusta jos pikkunälkä yllättäisi. Huoneessa oli vedenkeitin ja muutama pikakahvipussi ja sokeria. Pesuaineet olivat suihkussa. Sopivan pehmeät sängyt ja tyyny. Aamupala monipuolinen ja terveellisiä valintoja. Hyvä sijainti.

Varmuudella hyvä hotelli

Saimme juuri sen huoneen, minkä olimme varanneetkin. Oma sauna tuntui luksukselta ja sitä käytimmekin, vaikkei löylyt mitkään huippuhyvät olleetkaan. Aamiainen oli simppeli, mutta nätissä miljöössä. Hotellin viereisen jäätelökioskin jäätelöt ovat takuulla Suomen suurimmat ja myös hyvänmakuiset! En valitsisi Seinäjoella mitään toista hotellia, jos Alma on saatavilla. Palvelu ja siisteys ja erityisyys ja hintalaatusuhde ovat plussaa!
