The manager's assistance made the check-in process very comfortable, and the online option saved me considerable time. Everything else went smoothly, and the customer service was excellent. The rooms were also clean.

The owner is trying to make this a better place. Things were definitely better then I expected. There are good things and some not so good. My door seal wasn't intact. That means there was fine dust on the floors. A few dead bugs on the floor. With that said, I felt okay there. It was relatively quiet and after checking the beds, I saw no sign of bedbugs. He is definitely all in and doing what he can to make this hotel decent. Give it a shot, you'll be fine.

Not the best room we have stayed at.

Not the best or nicest but if you are just stoping for the night should be okay. Shower head was too low (5"ft high. We are 5.11"ft. Had to bend down just to get my air wet) bathroom tile and walls were moldy, all towels were stained (we always bring our own) door wasn't secure and even the chain was not even attached to the wall.

You get what you pay for in this case. Several things were wrong mainly other tenants. Noise, Dogs barking, doors slamming people yelling all night long. Door code quit working requiring another trip to front desk late evening. Could be a nice place if managed properly. Sketchy people and activity about. 37 yrs LEO I've seen it before.

There was no one in the office when I went to check in or when I went to check out. I could not get a receipt which was frustrating. The person who finally checked me in looked like he just got off work from the road crew. My door would not lock so I put a chair in front of it. I could not find anyone to tell.
