Historical building. Furniture and room features in general are old but fits well with the location and it is well maintained. Would be a great choice if you want to stay in a historical building and you enjoy the historical quirky features. Location is spectacular just across the main square and the cathedral. 5 minutes walk from the aqueduct. The right location for Segovia.

Amazing location. It was within walking distance of all the must-see spots. The room was comfortable, and the parking service was great. The staff were overall very warm and helpful, with the exception of the man attending the breakfast service, who could have been more kind.

Great hotel with a few caveats.

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean rooms. However, the listing says the rooms are "soundproofed" and they most definitely are not. Also, there is air conditioning but it is controlled by the front desk, so you aren't able to keep the temperature exactly as you'd like it.

When I had a problem with the coffee maker shorting out all the electrical in the room, they sent a maintenance person to reset the main breaker in the hallway quickly so my room had power again. The appliance should be replaced.

Good option, very close to the Plaza Mayor. The staff were friendly, the hotel was a bit of a maze. The room was comfortable. We didn't use the spa as it was extra.

Overall it is a charming, beautiful property in an historic building. The breakfast buffet could have been more attentive to juices and beverages on the table (there was no water or juice on the table) and the air conditioning was inadequate. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

My second year staying at La Casa Mudejar. Great Experience, with Great Customer Service. The front desk is super helpful & attentive. The rooms were clean, fresh, & comfortable. The front room with the balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The WiFi can be a little slow but that is my only complaint. 5/5 experience.
