Absolutely superb! A beautiful, stylish and comfortable hotel with a lovely raised garden giving magnificent views of the Alcazar. The location is excellent, a at the top of the old town and a short walk to everything. Breakfast is great too. Highly recommended

This hotel looks great on the Expedia Website. The reality is even nicer. This may be the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. It's location is great- between the Cathedral and the Alcázar- Segovia's famous castle.

We would stay here again! Our room was small but clean and comfortable with AC and blackout curtains. The location is a very, very short walk to the Alcázar. The breakfast buffet is stellar with the best fruit we had on our trip, and good coffee. My only complaints/notes for others have to do with driving/parking, so disregard if you won’t have a car. First off, the parking. It’s advertised as a service, but they actually only have a handful of spaces (makes sense in an old town), so we were unable to use the lot on arrival. Second, finding the hotel when driving, even using the directions provided, was a bit confusing, and the place where we were supposed to be able to unload was full once we got there. Again, these are minor complaints that would not prevent me from using this hotel again.

Parking was a major issue until personally speaking with the man working the front desk. He was very kind & helpful in person, I just couldn’t seem to get answers ahead of my arrival concerning parking. He made it right while showing he really cared once seeing him. A wonderful hotel in easy walking distance to the Alcazar, Cathedral Square and the Aqueduct. A beautiful hotel, our room was very comfortable and spotless with a lovely outlook over the city walls. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone. Onsite parking is fabulous and was fairly straightforward navigating the old city. We spent 3 bights and really enjoyed our stay.
