I didn't like the attack of sales selling time sare. It wad a very high pressure sales method and very insulting. They drove division between my partner and I. Then got her alone by me watching the children. It made me sick and set the tone for our entire stay. Very sad.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Booked my room at the last minute, received a PH room. The people next door partied until 3am with loud music and pounding on the walls. Parking is valet only, no self parking. Requested receipt at check out for the $100 deposit and $58 other charges and they couldn't give me a receipt. The only receipt they could give me was the one for what I paid through Expedia.
