The staff was very friendly, the room had recently been painted, furnishings comfortable, all that we needed. Farmstand/store and Cumberland Farm's store/gas station were right next door within an easy walk. Would stay there again if in the area. Price was very good for a summer stay.

I stayed here for one night on a road trip through RI. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are older and not super clean, but a normal Motel experience I would say. I could park directly in front of my room and felt save.
