although the property is a bit old, it is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. we had the amenities we were looking for: 2 chairs, a fridge with good dimensions and a microwave.. They don't serve full breakfast but they have coffee and danishes. The personnel is very helpful.

Nice cozy place 10 min distance from Providence. Spacious and clean rooms with nice services. We had 2 queens beds that easily accommodated 3 persons. The place is quiet. In the morning, they have coffee in the lobby and pastries. There was a BBQ place just around the corner, serving southern type BBQ and it was super convenient for a quick lunch.

If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in the Seekonk/Providence area, The Colonial Inn is a great value. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for under $100 a night it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is also very convenient — close to restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive into Providence. I appreciated having the basics like a mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of parking.
