It was newly remodeled, clean and staff went out of way to help, after working all night, got there 7am ,check in at 3, they moved things around to enable us to get into a room for some rest.

Good value for the price and a handy location. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. A nice old fashioned basic motel. Two small issues- the air conditioner was extra loud and the door stuck so it was hard to tell if you had unlocked it.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The rooms have been updated and are a great value. The pool area is lovely. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. Coffee and tea are provided every morning in the lobby. The rooms have air conditioning and there’s lots of parking available. This motel is in a super central location. 45 minutes to Newport, 15 minutes to providence, 1 hr to Cape Cod. Definitely a great budget friendly choice!
