This was an excellent place to stay. We got a full-size apartment with kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, living room area, and a large open space. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Good elevator. Safe in room and front desk offers safe. Honored special requests. Very nice front desk people. We’re very pleased. Also, this is within walking distance of lots of interesting parts of the Inner Stadt.

I arrived hotel at 6:00 am. But they still help me to check in immediately. I am happy for this help.

Top stay , location great , pool and leisure great , staff really great , breakfast was very good , and the room was perfect . Will be back and would recommend .

The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs. The weather in Vienna was very hot but we had excellent air-conditioning in the hotel which made our stay in Vienna very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful but we expected better housekeeping. We got freah towels every day but sometimes the used towels were left hanging on the hook.
