Clean, not crowded, quiet and close to great retailers. Was an easy place to stop in at throughout all our hiking excursions. The place was spotless!

Beautiful Room, gorgeous property outside. Stayed 1 night
Check in is late 4pm. We asked for early and it was not available. Although we were told we would get a text or call when room was ready, we never did. Check out is early 11 am.
Not getting even 24 hrs in the room it is pricey. The hotel itself isn't over the top nice, but decent. Robin at front desk was excellent! Had massages at the spa. They were great. Restaurant had a very nice breakfast.

This is an excellent property with a lot of amenities and a lot of Zen, which is what we were looking for when we travel to Sedona.
The staff specifically makes this resort a world class property
The best rooms are in the group, facing the back of the resort
Robin at the front desk was exemplary as where all the others who work the front desk including the staff in training- Alison

Our room was in the least desirable part of the property- located in a small area of the hotel directly on the parking lot and noisy road. In my opinion that was because we booked on Expedia. While the overall property is nice,our location felt inferior.
Service was so so. Not once in our 4 night stay was the room vacuumed, the hand soap was not replaced and the sheets were never changed.
We enjoyed the view sitting out back by the fire pits and could see how the experience would have been different if our room was back there with the majority of the rooms.
Overall, just not on par with what we’ve come to expect for this price.

We stayed here for our 25th anniversary and received such kindness and care from the staff, especially from Robin who made sure we had an excellent room that really made our stay extra special. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will visit again.

This was a nice place to stay! We really liked that there were 2 hot tubs on the property. And the fire pits were a nice touch too. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the property was close to the hiking trails we wantd to go on.
