Ideal condo style room was great for a family. Location is walkable to many restaurants. Beautiful views from pool. Room could use an update.

This is a wonderful place to stay with kids ages 9-10. A beautiful heated pool, community area with games and pool table, and best view in Sedona. My only suggestion for improvement is to have better coffee in the room. We had a wonderful time!

Really enjoyed our very short stay here (2 nights). It is a very short walk to uptown Sedona and all that is available there.

Great property with local flair. Conveniently located to shopping and dining, tourist attractions such as the trolley. Property is older, but has been maintained well.

Property was nice. Staff not as friendly or informative. Never received cleaning, linen or trash attention for any of the 4 night stay. Had to go to the desk and get additional coffee and towels for the stay

Loved this place. Location is exquisite. Sodona at Spring Break is definitely a crowded place, so there's that. Some of the units have a better view than others: ours was fine, but not great. But we had a really great 5-night stay. The pool and its setting is beautiful, it is stunning at sunset; the staff is wonderully attentive (2x we needed something in our room and the items were delivered with amazing rapidity, 5 mins). It is true the decor of condos is dated and dark, but they are also well laid out and maintained, and v comfortable. And we have never rented a place before that had such a complete kitchen -- nothing lacked (from corkscrew to cheese shredder to kichen shears to glass storage containers to pots and pans). Also, its not obvious, but you can easily walk to great trail heads for hiking. We are aiming to return for sure.
