Older but very clean room. Hot water warms fast, the hotel's liquid soaps are nice. I got a quieter room on 2nd floor. Very kind and attentive staff. Set amid trees with a picnic table and other seating in a pleasant outdoor area. Higher up the west side of the Verde Valley, so you get a great view. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A good safe room at a reasonable price, relatively near the I-17 freeway.

The floor in my room was dirty it looked like it have not been vacuumed for months. The table was not cleaned up it was like someone ate a minute ago and left breadcrumbs and soda sticky spots where everywhere. Poor breakfast selection. Beds had clean sheets and were very comfy.

As soon as we arrived, Andrew was welcoming and friendly. He is great. Gave us so much information especially great places to eat. Our room was very nice. spacious; clean bathroom. We like that there were no carpets on the bedroom floor. Wood floors more sanitary. Breakfast was a little limited, if you’re a big breakfast person, would need to go next door to Denny’s. Otherwise, this was a great place. Highly recommend. Thank you, Andrew!
