Conveniently located inside of a casino. Casino was slow. Buffets was not good.

When I checked in I received good service. However once in my room I saw hair all over the floor and the toilet paper roll was practically empty. Even one hair in a bathroom is not acceptable and to have several on the floor is just a lack of detail.

My family and I had a relaxing stay at Cliff Castle Casino Hotel. From easy valet check in, room accommodation, entertainments and food. We highly recommend this hotel.
