The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The casino was a decent size. I would have preferred if they had more of a table game selection. The restaurant choices were limited but had good food.

Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well. The cord for the coffee maker was too short for the place it was set. Tea bags appreciated by the non-coffee drinkers.

The rooms were very nice. They were well thought out, roomy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was made well and everything was hot. The only oddity was, you can not drive up to grab a cart to unload your luggage and take to your room. Instead they have a valet service to help with that or an occasional guy in a golf cart offering you a ride from the parking lot. All in all, we were very happy with the accommodations and look forward to staying there in the future.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Cliff Castle. We are from Minnesota and have been to quite a few casino resorts. This is by far the best one we’ve come across. The property is beautiful. The building is beautiful. Everyone is so nice. There are so many fun things to do with the kids so the whole family has fun! Really looking forward to when we get a chance to stay again!
