The staff was very friendly and supportive. Parking is available and what is best, the hotel is in walking distance to the chateau. Otherwise, you should not expect to mutch, as the room, especially the bathroom, needs rework. But, for an overnight stay at that the given price, it is acceptable.

Basic budget hotel - good value

Very much a budget hotel option. Think unpopular Travelodge on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, or university accommodation. However, it was good value at less than ÂŁ60 for a family of 4 for one night in the summer holiday. Only one member of staff on reception, but very friendly and helpful. Handy location for The Ardennes region in France and Belgium.

Cheap enough.

It was fine for a one night stop, traveling by motorcycle, no secure parking but was fine in the car park at the front of hotel, staff where friendly and helpful, a good Chinese restaurant a short walk away and a supermarket a bit of a walk to center ville.

It's fine

I read some really bad reviews of this place prior to coming. It's fine. Friendly welcome. Room was good for an edge of town motel style place. Only issue was a door that didn't fit properly, which seemed to be a common issue as other people were having trouble getting into their rooms too.

Accueil tres sympathique. Chambre optimale avec une salle d'eau dont la chasse coulait sans arrĂȘt et une insonorisation inexistante. Les portes ne se ferment uniquement en les claquant ce qui est penible pour la tranquillitĂ© de chacun. Le personnel d'entretien est bruyant le matin. Neanmoins bonne situation gĂ©ographique pour visiter les Ardennes.

HotelvÊrelset var desvÊrre slet ikke som pÄ bilederne. Vi havde bestilt familievÊrelset, og det var meget trangt. Det sÄ heller ikke ud til at vÊre gjort ordentlig rent. Da det var meget varmt, sÄ besluttede vi os for at finde et andet hotel.

Es war zwar eine sehr gĂŒnstige Unterkunft, aber die Zimmer sind unmöglich. Die TĂŒre geht nur bei zuschlagen auf oder zu. Die Toilette lief ununterbrochen. Es war extrem hellhörig, man konnte die Nachbarn zuhören. FĂŒr eine Nacht vielleicht ok, aber nicht lĂ€nger. Wahrscheinlich nur fĂŒr Montagearbeiter gedacht

Des traces de moisissures sur les murs et le plafond, le matelas est dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable, le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs sommaire et aucun produit n’est prĂ©sentĂ© au frais. Je voyage depuis plus de 10 ans pour mon travail. C’est sans doute l’une des pires expĂ©riences.

Ma deuxiÚme visite aprÚs deux ans dans cet hÎtel. Un peu déçu lors de ma premiÚre visite, j'ai trouvé que les choses allaient mieux avec une chambre plus propre et un prix plus modéré. La localisation de l'hÎtel est superbe (proche des grands axes, commerces proches) et la chambre est simple mais confortable. Une bonne option pour cette zone
