Staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to the beach and a few good restaurants. Lots of parking with a level 2 EV charger for use. Amenities including coffee machine in lobby and movie room option (we didn’t get to use) were nice touches.

The location is excellent. It is directly across from Davis Bay Pier and conveniently situated between downtown Sechelt and Roberts Creek. It is also within close proximity to well-regarded restaurants such as Joe’s and the Wobbly Canoe. Sam was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the challenges caused by ferry cancellations, the quality of the accommodation and the overall Sunshine Coast experience more than made up for it. I would highly recommend this property

Excellent hotel with a great ocean view, its in the right spot so we could get to places to both directions, front deck Sam was very helpful right from the start and took care of all our needs all way, One thing which nobody knows is this place has a small movie theatre which you guys can choose from some movies for free. would recommend this place for sure.

As far as motels go, this is a better than average one. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were ok. My only issue was with noise transfer. I had my dog with me and because you could hear everyone going in and out their rooms, slamming doors and going up and down the stairs, my dog barked a lot! I’m sure that was annoying for everyone! This is something to note if you have your dog, or are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and no other complaints.

Very nice place with a balcony facing the ocean. Beautiful sunset to watch from your room. Staff are very helpful (Sager was so friendly to talk to and very helpful in giving us tips to travel around). I would choose to stay at The Oceanside again when I go back to the Sunshine Coast.
