“Habíamos reservado a través de booking una habitación para 3, pero cuando llegamos, el hotel solo tenía constancia de dos huéspedes. Nos querían cobrar por una cama supletoria, a lo que nos negamos. Tras enseñar el e-mail de reserva la chica de la recepción muy amable resolvió la situación y nos prepararon la habitación para 3.”

“The hotel is a bit far from the city, but the peaceful location surrounded by fields and fresh air makes it worth the trip. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
One suggestion is to call ahead and confirm lunch or dinner availability. During my stay, the restaurant was closed whenever I wanted dinner, so I had to go elsewhere for food at night.
Also, note that the drinks in the room's refrigerator are part of the minibar and are chargeable. I wasn't aware of...

“Una experiencia inolvidable. Un agradecimiento especial a Ika y Deva por su amabilidad, quienes nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y muy bien atendidos. Vistas increíbles, muy buena comida y servicios (excursiones, taxis, shuttle gratuito a Ubud)
Lo único que no nos gustó es que la temperatura de la piscina era demasiado fría.”

“While we had a pleasant stay overall, this is probably not a place we would personally return to.
In our opinion, the villas would benefit from more maintenance and updating. There were several areas that felt worn, outdated, or in need of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Considering the price point, we felt the overall value did not fully meet our expectations.
We were also disappointed with the restaurant food, which did not live up to the standard we had hoped for.
