Great staff. Great location. Rooms and bathrooms are small but that is to be expected at a historic hotel. Comfortable bed and bedding.

I loved the decor of my room—amazing taste and carefully curated. You can see that the spacious standard room is already outstanding. Also, the bathroom is one of a kind, with a separate toilet and shower, and mirrors everywhere. The restaurant is a great place for drinks and jazz music. Valet works like a glove. The only thing I missed was the spa, because I couldn't schedule a massage there.

Property was beautiful and very comfortable. Only issue was during check- out we called for luggage cart and no one ever picked up. It was very busy and they seemed overwhelmed. I would definitely stay here again but will pack lighter and not park my stick-shift car in Valet as no one knew how to drive it!

No coffee in the room which I knew ahead of time. Closecto so many great food and entertainment options

Their customer service is awful. They came in trying to clean my room on check out day at like 8am. Then when I asked for an extension due to this they said I guess like 10 more minutes ?! I saw another woman at the counter frustrated as well over their service.

Fun spot to stay in a good location. We’d stay again.
