Clean and comfy rooms. Pleasant front desk staff and nice views. We ate at two of the restaurants and enjoyed the food, although the prices were high. Although we had to walk across the courtyard to the cafe for our morning coffee it was complementary and excellent. The welcome champagne was a nice treat.

This is a very special property. Beautiful rooms, lovely surroundings, gorgeous views of the lake. The hotel looked like it had just been updated. The interior design is spectacular. The restaurants are terrific. I especially loved having a yummy breakfast every morning in The Carillon. Superb coffee! Everyone was very friendly. When I return to Kirkland, I’ll stay here again.
