We had a great stay at W Seattle! Everything was excellent—the hotel, service, layout, and overall atmosphere. The app was easy to use for the mobile room key, ordering room service, and checking out. The location was perfect because Pike Place Market and PAX West were both an easy walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was smooth and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful with information. Room was cozy and mainly clean. Bathroom grout needs a little TLC, but not horrible. Mostly quiet space. The seat by the window was great for relaxing. Great location for easy walking around Seattle. Only downside we saw was they only had one person working the Valet when many people were checking out. This means the poor man was bringing up numerous cars all by himself causing quite a wait (not his fault... he was hustling!)
