We were greeted ao warmly by the front desk when arriving. They were really kind and upgraded us to a higher floor which was appreciated as this was our holiday staycation with our kids. Everyone was so friendly which is not all to common in the city of Seattle. Our kids had a blast at the pool and they felt like royalty/kevin from home alone. It was a spontaneous one night stay to cap off spring break and it was so worth it!

Finding how to access this hotel was difficult and unloading items due to the hotel policy on requiring a bell attendant assistance created barriers with accessibility as they were not easily available. The shower head leaked and got water everywhere. The breakfast was amazing each morning, and staff were very accomodating to needs.
