This is the second time I've stayed at The Westin Seattle and would highly recommend it. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I haven't been disappointed in their customer friendly atmosphere. From housekeeping, to the restaurant, and concierge, all staff do an exceptional job making me feel comfortable. Its centrally located and walkable to many attractions in Seattle.

Love that the hotel is centrally located to all attractions in the downtown area. Easy to get out and explore. The only downside I had was the bed!! The mattress needed to be changed, we rolled right into the center of the bed when you trying to sleep.

Convenient location with excellent onsite amenities. Concierge let us know a shuttle was available to get us to the cruise port which made our departure stress free.

Great room, clean and pretty, the view was awesome. The hotel is woefully understaffed, the few that were there were great and helpful but we stood in line at counters where no one attending... both days. Eat anywhere in Seattle but Relish.
