Best location/affordable hotel in Seattle!

Staff was so sweet and actually remember us as we stay here often. The location is excellent, the room was wonderful. I’ve been staying her since 2002 and will continue to do so!

The property itself was decent, but we had a bunch of kids in the room above us who thought it would be "fun" to jump on the beds, yell, stomp and basically keep us awake until the early morning hours all three nights we were there. There was obviously NO adult supervision going on. Someone was also trying to get into our room during the middle of the night and it sacred the living daylights out of my Mother and Aunt who are both elderly. We called down to the front desk twice, but no one seemed to do anything about it. There needs to be more consequences to rude behavior and the disrespect to the other guests who are staying in your hotel. We paid a lot of money to basically never have a nice night of sleep. :(

Made reservations for Valentine's evening. Was all hyped up for the 24 hr hot tub.which I had Called twice about before arriving on two separate days. Checked into my room about 445 pm was again told about the 24 hr tub by the Front Desk Agent. Go put my luggage away in our room, and go check out this tub..... Just to see an OUT OF ORDER for maintenance!! Are you serious! I paid 150.22 to stay here just because of the tub.... I even bought insurance if needed to cancel up until check in....though i Was thinking ahead, just got over the flu. So wanted a nice evening.very very disappointed with the hospitality here. They could have and should have let me know about the hot tub. Given me the opportunity to cancel and relocate. I work for a motel and know how this hot tub maintenance should have been handled. Front Desk has to wait for mgr. Expedia gave me a measly 50$ coupon.

There is an insects in side the room, my daughter got skin infection let me to go the ER and doctor description cost money . Because of this horrible motel I had booked. This is a horrible triable motel I had ever Booked.

You get what you pay for, it's a decent inn. Clean, staff is friendly, nice perk to get a free breakfast. Mattress was very comfortable though and pillows very soft. You'll get a great sleep.

This hotel was conveniently located near tourist attractions such as the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market. We had to pay for parking, but it was reasonable and well lighted. There was street construction going on around the hotel, so accessing the parking lot was not very convenient. Breakfast was sufficient but not excellent.

Great place at a great price!

Compared to the other hotel we stayed at, parking was reasonable easily accessible. The hotel and room were clean and the room comfortable - a little small but decent. Nice environment, very pleased with the location. Used the spa snd gym, I really liked this hotel. Made note to keep on file so when visiting Seattle again, will definitely make arrangements to stay here.

Rooms aren't huge, but are comfortable. Easy access to downtown and Seattle Center/South Lake Union. Enjoyed getting the local paper each morning. I feel it's a good value for the money.
