We had a wonderful stay at the Grove. The staff and team were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Junction, which is a cute strip in West Seattle with coffee shops and Husky deli. Will come back for sure.

Very basic accommodations, the AC keeps the rooms the temperature of a Russian, and finding the ice machine amounts to a quest, but the location is excellent: walking distance to the West Seattle downtown district which has plenty to keep you busy for a night or two.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the wall-hanging air handler wasn’t working properly and the hair dryer didn’t work. The staff helped immediately and gave us a discount.

Staff was great, gotta get that out there, but they were the only thing that was great haha. The room had baby spiders in the bed, unknown flying insects in the room and super thin walls. For the price you could do worse, but don't expect a top tier, hidden gem. Definitely less nice than the pictures will lead you to believe.

Tyler Bayer & the Front Desk staff - Amy & Donna - were so very helpful during check-in, check-out & my stay. I had a late morning appointment & asked for a late check-out which was readily approved. My appointment went later than expected but they were understanding and even assisted me with putting my bags in my car when once I was ready. I would definitely stay at The Grove again while visiting my sister in W. Seattle. And I would recommend it to others. Thank you Tyler, Donna & Amy! Marie Larsen
