This is a simple to the point place to stay in the best way. With convenient parking, quiet, clean rooms and cozy bed. I hear the breakfast is nice although I did not attend. Staff was very down to earth, professional and helpful. Coffee and tea station was great. Near UWash.

This hotel was very clean!!! Outdated black out blinds but other then that, it was immaculate!! The staff was also very kind. Stayed there for a college football game, and they were even very kind to the opposing teams fans when they checked in too

Disappointed the pool was closed but it was October, which is summer weather for us from Alaska. I wish they had a snack/deli shop or restaurant. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. Quiet and clean.

We had a great stay at University Inn. The location was perfect for what we needed, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable, and the beds were great. Our dogs loved it too, which made the stay even better for us. We also really appreciated the snacks and treats. Those little touches made the hotel feel especially welcoming. We’d definitely recommend University Inn to anyone visiting the University District or north Seattle, especially if you’re traveling with pets. We would happily stay here again.

Great stay.. very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast restaurant a few steps from the hotel. Expedia says that all taxes and fees were included in the price. At checkout we were charged an additional amenities fee of $20 per night. After discussing with the hotel staff, the fee was taken off of the bill.

I love how the bed is so comfortable to sleep. I was tired doing the move put in my daughter’s apartment and so I needed to find a place to rest. And I was thankful that I found this to stay and I had a good rest that I my body had so much energy to drive back home.

Excellent location close to the University district and the campus. Light rail access at University District station, provided quick and easy access to Seattle downtown and SEATAC. Plenty of food options on "the Ave." Ivar's North shore on Lake Union is an easy walk. Portage Bay Cafe is next door.
