An amazing place. It has everything you could want in a hotel. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced compared to other stays. A huge thank you to Mr. Lodge at the front desk for booking a taxi for us; I will always be grateful to him. This hotel is very close to everything. It’s a great place to stay if you’re planning to take a cruise or head into the city.

The staff was amazing!! We had to check in a day early and they were able to upgrade our room and was able to keep it for the rest of our stay. I liked that they had a parking garage as well. The spaces are super tight so it might be difficult to park a larger vehicle like a van or large suv. But very convenient and worth the money. It’s about a $25-$30 uber to downtown Seattle.

Great staff, clean rooms, common areas, dining and parking garage. The hot tub and pool were fun for the kids and the breakfast was exceptionally nice! At the recommendation of the front desk, we went up to the 4th floor balcony and were stunned with the beautiful views of Mt Rainer and the Seattle skyline. I will recommend this hotel to others.
