We had only one set back in our room. Our toilet needed the chain in the tank to be fixed. The maintenance staff was quick to repair it and the toilet was functional again with minimal interruption.

Great hotel location and clean facility. It looked like there wasn't enough staff. The internet on the computer near the checkin desk was down anytime I tried accessing. Breakfast was great but the flask in which they stored the coffee and water was not holding the heat well. We did not use the laundry or gym.

Had a secent stayat the Residence Inn and the room was quite nice and clean. I must say though that the breakfast was horrible - powdered eggs, stale biscuits, and franks weren’t worth even trying to eat. Please do better. Thats a real horrible way to start the day and end my visit; it could’ve been great with just some more effort in the kitchen.
