Well the room was dirty and had sh!t in the toilet. There were like 4 little white pills that were laying around on the ground, in random spots . Staff was unpleasant. I only booked it for parking and the free continental breakfast , I thought it had by what Expedia said. The pictures and room were not the same. I had to pay 80$ for parking and 50$ for breakfast. Should have just paid more for a better motel. Wouldn’t go back.

Hotel was OK. Staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Our truck was broken into while we did a park and fly. We were not even notified of damage to our vehicle while we were away. The shuttle drive was not friendly at all. Would not recommend staying here. Go somewhere else.

In the unlikely event I ever need to overnight in Seattle then I would rather stay in the airport for 12 hours than stay in this property again. Staff rude and unhelpful. Rooms actually not that bad but very much past their best. Facilities awful. Restaurant probably would have been okay but for the screaming children so didn’t bother eating there. Receptionists were more interested in their phones than their guests and were abrupt and rude. Transfer to the airport was absolutely the worst ever. Receptionist was utterly disinterested in ensuring that the four of us that had been waiting for the 12:30 transfer until 13:15 were kept appraised. Had to chase her twice to get her to pull her finger out and get the driver who turned up and acted like we’ve just evicted him from his house, was unhelpful and said not a single word. Bloody awful, stay away and don’t get fooled by the “Ramada” branding.

As soon as we opened the door, you can right away tell that it wasn't a non smoking room. Carpet is so dirty and bath tub wasn't properly cleaned. As we flipped the duvet, we saw some hair strands. We checked in late and we had a long day that I didn't bother to complain so we planned to just check out early. I think their parking lot is not safe. The car near where we parked got broken into. I felt so sorry for the car owner. Even my teenage son gave a rating of 2 star.
