Room itself was nice cold air conditioning great shower pressure clean room comfortable beds and pillows. Hallways outside the property staff friendliness and service was all the one star.
The front desk staff was friendly and apologetic. I went in knowing that this was a property in need of updating. The condition of everything was extremely poor. We checked out early after finding a bed bug.
The breakfast did not have many options, yogurt and a waffle. The air conditioning in the room did not work well however the staff was great and the room was clean.
This hotel was the worst nightmare. Banging doors all through out the night, you can hear the noise, moving furnitures upstairs at 3am. We checked in at 1am. Asked the front seat staff whom seemed like had no energy and had given up on the guest as you can hear him answer the calls and the way he was conversing with with other guest as well, as if he didn’t care about any of the inconvenience the noise the smoking, this hotel was just terrible. It was a nightmare. We had zero sleep, and checked out way early as this place felt very unsafe.
