Old school for sure, but classy, roomy, & some modern updates. Quite reasonably priced & staff was cool, helpful, & informative. In a very nice area as well, 6-7 miles from the street girls. Centrally located to downtown.

I really liked my room. It was very clean and had a retro vibe. The water pressure was very good in the shower and the bed was comfortable. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, all worked. Parking was easy and free. I would stay here again.

Parking was available which is always a plus. Very nice owner. Enjoyed visiting with him. The room was spotless. The location was close to restaurants we enjoyed and the UW Hospital where we had an appointment.

The room was clean and comfortable, and had a large refrigerator and a microwave. (I had the larger "suite" room, which is well worth the extra few dollars.) The price was a bargain in Seattle. The staff was hard-working and friendly. The only (unavoidable) drawback to the property was traffic noise from the adjacent highway.

This was perfect for our trip where we were only sleeping and didn't need much else. We had any easy commute to all the loacations we visited. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. I thought customer service was gone but itbis alive and well here.

Room very clean, bed very comfortable, pillows not so much. Coolness of room adequate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to a coffee shop, very pleasant, safe to do in the morning. Motel adequate for single night stay. I can see this motel becoming a classic motel reminiscent of the 50’s, requires a bit more renovation.
