From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. Arthur at the Concierge Desk provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city, while Rosalie at the Front Desk went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Burman at the Valet Desk greeted guests each day with a friendly smile and outstanding service. The rooms were modern, stylish, and luxurious, and the waterfront views were simply breathtaking.
