They are in the middle of renovating, so expect that. The rooms were lovely though! TV volume was REAL low, with no ability to turn it up, so we just used our phones to watch stuff, but frustrating since the cost of the room. I was also a bit taken back by their guest amenities fee, but we couldn’t use most of the amenities during our stay, so that was off-putting. Staff were SO SO nice! I may consider staying here again after their renovation is finished.

Bathroom light shuts off. It is either on a timer or motion detector, and the staff said it could not be changed. Imagine completing your shower in the dark. Unless you are at the sink, and can switch the light back on, you will be in the dark quickly. After reservation was confirmed, hotel sent a brief message that “some renovation” would take place during working hours Monday to Friday, with minimal impact to guests. Since we were staying over the weekend we didn’t mind. We arrived to find the lobby and restaurant completely gutted out. Make shift check-in counter, with obviously untrained staff. You walk through a construction site to get to the makeshift restaurant for breakfast. Staff is even less trained. The bed was comfortable- the only redeeming point. An awful experience

This is a nice hotel, but very disappointed that there was no warning or notification when booking that it was under major construction. Our family had to be divided into two rooms. The cable was out the first day- no tv. The staff was terrific but we could have spent the same or less at any other hotel and had the right room, a lobby or restaurant, etc.
