The staff was very polite and informative, the breakfast had a good variety of food, the location was amazing such an easy walk to the space needle and surrounding activities, the room was quiet even with the light rail next to our room, a short walk to public transportation and cabs just outside the doors. The room itself was great spacious, useful kitchen, large bathroom, and well lit.

Excellent stay at Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown. The hotel is an incredible value and the location directly across from the Space Needle is hard to beat. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well equipped with great amenities. Carlos at the front desk was especially helpful and professional, providing excellent customer service throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

Negatives: The parking garage was hard to navigate with our SUV. Very small entrance and parking spots. The elevator was a very long wait - only 1 for the property. Positives: The staff was amazing, the room was very nice, and the food was great. Location was wonderful, we walked around and saw a lot of really great things.
