The staff member who helped was informative and kind. The parking garage was a little confusing at first but is located in the bottom of the building. The room was well lit, maintained, clean and comfortable. The AC was good but the room was a little warm at first entry. The room offered a lot of useful amenities and was a pleasant night. Location was great, located in the middle of climate pledge, a grocery store and some local food stores to choose from. Walking distance was nice

The electricity was out when we checked in at 3pm. It didn't come on until 11:30pm. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us to and from our room in the dark. But without electricity the amenities were meaningless.
