Friendly staff, got to the hotel 1hr early, I asked if my room was ready as check in is at 4pm. She checked without hesitation or telling me no right away and said it is ready and she can check me in early with no charge. Everything was clean, room, amenities and pool area. Also it comes with a free breakfast buffet and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate around the clock

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The location is convenient to Downtown Bellevue. The property is nicely maintained. Our room and bathroom were spotless. The staff went the extra mile, checking in to see if we needed anything. And the daily hot breakfast was an added plus.

The location is excellent—quiet yet conveniently situated in a lively area. Just a short walk away, there are shopping malls and supermarkets. The room is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. Our family really loves this place, and we also love Seattle!

4/5 stars. I was thankful for an early check in after a long flight. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with any/all questions. The staff ensured we had the pack n play for our 1 y/o which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good, your average hotel breakfast.
