Location and amenities are top notch. The staff offers white glove service. Convenience stores and shops in the building and across the street from several venues. Best view ever from the Emerald Room on the 27th floor. Pay for the lounge it’s wonderful. Sauna, hot tub and steam were luxurious and quiet. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. I will stay here again if I return to Seattle.
