We got the room to sleep six adults. The pullout bed was an oversized twin and felt very rickety. The breakfast was a basket of granola bars. If you needed anything for your kitchenette, you needed to ask for each item individually. There was no fan in the bathroom. The staff was nice and the pool was adequate. Good parking.

Fantastic staff, fantastic place—It’s a really nice location by several bus stops and some restaurants, and the nearest grocery store is within walking distance! There was a smell of weed up on the second floor hallways, with another rather queer smell in my room, but you acclimate to the room’s smell rather quickly. Despite it, they provide dishwashing liquids for the dishwasher, can openers and cooking equipment, and the room itself is really clean! The staff also care about those who stay here; I never felt brushed off, ignored, or disrespected once.

Friendly and accommodating

The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate any needs if they could, they even let us have their salt and pepper shakers from their break room.

The staff was polite and courteous. This hotel seemed more like a permanent residence for low income individuals than an actual hotel. There was even a couple of police cars in the parking area when we arrived. This should have been our first clue. Upon entering the lobby it smelled bad, like cat urine. On the second level the hallway had an even stronger urine smell. The room smell was a little better than the hallway, Unfortunately we could not open the window to get fresh air. The floor was sticky and very dirty. It seemed like it had never been mopped. We had to wear our shoes. The pull-out sofa was broken and had no bedding. We had to get bedding from the front desk and make the bed ourselves. The mattress on it was as thin as cardboard. The bed was not much better. There were no amenities in the room at all except 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap. At around 7pm the upstairs residents starting stomping and slamming things and this continued until well past midnight.

Overall a great experience. Unfortunately it snowed so the Dish Network was out of service with no cable TV. Very clean and very quiet. I would stay here again.
