The Location is great. The overall outside areas are in poor conditions. The bath was terrible. The shower had a water clog and the drain was very slow. The floor was dirty. I don't recommend it and I'll never stay at that Hotel again. Requires major repairs.

My room was reasonably clean, serviceable, and quiet. The staff member we spoke to both at check-in and check-out was quite pleasant, friendly and engaging. I especially appreciated the large bathroom counter, as many competitors are quite small, as well as a full bathtub , as opposed to a cramped shower stall. They also feature microwaves and mini-refrigerators, as well. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, was a very loud, annoying, bathroom ceiling fan. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The place is in a good location, quiet though easily accessible. You're not too far from Tukwila, Renton, or Bellevue, from where you can get transportation to the city. The rooms are okay. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned before I got it. There was a lot of hair all over and a bunch stuck to the shower walls, which disgusted me. The towel rack was loose, and I had to push it back into the wall. I mentioned these to the front desk, but I'm not sure she noted them down. So, be careful with what you grab for support or even where you place your things here. Parking was decent, and I think they have an overflow parking lot if you don't find a spot up front.

We booked this hotel for the price. It fit for that reason. The other people staying at the hotel were not a problem. The staff were nice. The pool is out of service. The hotel is run down. The carpets were dirty, we kept our shoes on to avoid back feet and socks. The heat and ac unit had a sour smell when used, thinking an old air filter. The front desk is open 8am to 8pm so no check in after 8pm. The WiFi worked fine. I am not cutting the place down because we book at it for cost but did feel we made a mistake not going with a higher grade establishment. Lastly the Lake Washington inn is only 8 miles from downtown Seattle we would have also chosen different had we known that depending on traffic that is a 30 to 40 minute drive.

The room felt clean, though it did feel kind of run down. Some shoddy paint work, some things chipped away, etc. The bathtub couldn't be plugged (that I could find) so I could only take a shower. I was told that I could use the smart TV with my own accounts, but when I turned it on it was logged into someone else's account and everything was blocked with a PIN. I could have maybe done a hard reset to login to my own accounts, but I wasn't sure if I should. If I had mentioned it to the front desk they may have been able to help, but I had my laptop and it was easier to just watch stuff on that instead. The staff were always kind when I interacted with them, and the room was overall sufficient for my needs.

A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area.

Staff was nice. Water never got hot enough to shower, so I had to shower at work. Staff member didn't show up for morning second day of my stay. They are working on fixing the old Econolodge up, but it's kind of a lost cause. My door was opposite the staircase, so I had to listen to people stomping by and talking loudly most of the night, and the upstairs floors all shake whenever someone walks by. But they are cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The actual room is clean. The bathroom is terrible. The tub needs to be changed, wall is peeling off. TV is not working, telephone is dead, main door inside lock is hard to lock. Microwave is rusty not fit for foods!! The worst part was invasion of our privacy when we were resting in bed. The front desk issued another key to another guest. We got so scared when a tall man with long hair just entered our room. He came back with the front desk guy thinking we were intruders!! The front desk guy said computer malfunction! No it was human error. We were issued keys by another front desk a woman who we think was more responsible.. This is BIG mistake!!!! Invasion of our privacy and suspicions that we were intruders!!! We just arrived from Alaskan cruise and booked this months ahead.
